Anxiety is a feeling of unease, such as worry or fear, that can be mild or severe.
Everyone has feelings of anxiety at some point in their life. For example, you may feel worried and anxious about sitting an exam, or having a medical test or job interview.
During times like these, feeling anxious can be perfectly normal.
But some people find it hard to control their worries. Their feelings of anxiety are more constant and can often affect their daily lives.

Hypnotherapy works on the subconscious level by addressing the cause and triggers for our thoughts and feelings. I will teach you tools and techniques to use at any time or place to help you take control back of your thoughts and feelings to allow you to take part in activities you have avoided due to the feeling of anxiety / panic.
Quite often there may have been an initial event which may have caused the anxiety and panic, we can work through this event so that it does not cause the same response, changing it to a more positive one instead.

The number of session will vary depending on your personal circumstances. Weekly session are recommended to work up and begin to lengthen the time between treatments when we both feel you are ready to do so.
